The Process:

Little Spark Strategy firstly undertook an immersion in the business to get to know the brand, products, processes and internal reality before facilitating a full day workshop.

This included:

– Factory tours to view the manufacturing, testing and development processes
– A visit to the Clerkenwell showroom to deep dive the A&D interactions
– Conducting an internal survey to surface strengths, gaps and opportunities.  

The workshop was conducted in a single day with key members of the sales and marketing teams present. As with all workshops facilitated by Little Spark Strategy, a collaborative and open environment was created with pre-aligned agenda topics and timings as well as clear decision makers and points. Encouragement to allow for freedom of discussion and for all to be heard, with regular energising methods used to maintain momentum through the day.
